The wine was produced using traditional methods. The alcohol was gently removed by vacuum distillation to preserve the aromas. In order to maintain a maximum level of aromatic expression, an advanced aroma recovery process was also used. After dealcoholization, the wine was bottled with added carbon dioxide at a pressure of 6 bars.

A complex interplay between exotic fruits, refreshing freshness, fine floral notes and mineral accents, complemented by a refined and dry taste (extra brut). It is accompanied by a delicate and vibrant perlage. In the glass, it presents a golden yellow color with silver reflections. The nose reveals fruity aromas of white stone fruits and yellow exotic fruits. On the palate, the fruity expression continues with notes of pear, pineapple, mango, white elderflower, peach and light citrus. Fresh and crisp from start to finish, with a mineral-lemon core, a subtle note of lime on the finish and a delicate fruitiness that persists in the aftertaste.

Perfect with cold and elegant appetizers, soft cheeses, fish, seafood and light main courses.

Serving suggestion:
It is recommended to be enjoyed well chilled, at 8°C, ideally in a glass of white wine, such as Superleggero Riesling from Riedel.
